Amptek Inc. announced today that they would provide four CEASE II Space Radiation Alarm Sensors for integration into Spacebus 4000 satellites being constructed by Alcatel Space for GE Americom communication satellites.
CEASE is designed for use on all satellite systems, such as those for communications, military, environmental, imaging, and scientific exploration. The agreement with Alcatel Space and GE Americom is the first commercial mission for Amptek’s Space Radiation Alarm.
