When contacting Amptek for technical support, please have the model and serial numbers available.
If you have one of the following products, please use the Amptek ADMCA or DPPMCA software to acquire a spectrum. Connect with the software and take a spectrum for about 30 seconds. Then go to the File menu and select Save as. Save the file and email it to Amptek. It does not matter if there is no spectrum. The file saves important information about the system that will help Amptek troubleshoot. Do not send screen shots, only the .mca file.
